2018 Income Tax Delinquency and Subpoena Program

Did you receive a non-filer letter from the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA)?
If so, this just means that required tax documents were not received for a past filing year. Taxpayers can simply e-file returns at: www.ritaohio.com, mail or fax to RITA the documents listed on the non-filing letter.

Please do not submit documents directly to any of RITA’s offices, to any specific individual at RITA, or to any address or fax number that you may use for other RITA correspondence as this will result in a delay in RITA's processing of the documents and could also result in the taxpayer receiving an unnecessary subpoena.

Please e-file online or mail paper documents to:
Attn: Compliance Department 198
Regional Income Tax Agency
PO BOX 470538
Broadview Heights, OH 44147-0538

OR Fax to: 440-922-3510

As of October 1, 2017 the Village of Fayette will be using RITA for income tax administration, filing, and collection services.

Please visit https://www.ritaohio.com/ for applicable forms needed for filing or to file online.

Please visit https://www.ritaohio.com/Resources/Home/HelpVideos for self-help videos.

RITA customer service can be reached at (800) 860-7482 Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
